Two Year Full Time Post Graduate Diploma In Human Resource Management (PGDHRM)
In Modern Management Human Resource Management has emerged as a backbone of any organization. Hiring and Retaining best talents has become a global challenge. Keeping in view the Institute offers Post Graduate Diploma In Human Resource Management which aims at providing efficient and effective Human Resource to meet the need of present and future demand of Industry. CORPORATE TRAINING
Each student is required to compulsorily undertake Summer Training in a
company of repute for a duration of 8 weeks, as a part of the course curriculum,
immediately after the second semester examination. It provides an opportunity
to the students to have first hand practical exposure and helps relate
the conceptual and analytical skills acquired in the class room to actual
management practices. A student will be promoted in second year only after
completion of Summer Training and submitting Satisfactory Summer Project
within prescribed time.
